Design & Build for Kainga Ora 

The design and build project for Kainga Ora involves the development of two duplexes on a 700 square meter corner section. Each duplex consists of 4-bedroom units and has its own driveway for individual access. A3 Architecture is responsible for managing the entire project from concept to completion. Our scope includes handling the design, consents, construction process, liaising with Auckland Council for regulatory compliance, managing the subdivision process, and coordinating with Kainga Ora to meet their specific requirements.
