Before Renovation

Prior to the renovation, this house had a lovely outdoor pool. However, there was a lack of connection between the pool and the yard outside. The lounge was positioned at the back of the kitchen, and only the kitchen offered a view of the pool from the living area. Moreover, the bathroom and ensuite were outdated in their current state. 

After Renovation

After the renovation, significant improvements were made to enhance the house. The kitchen underwent modernization and reconfiguration to facilitate a smoother transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces. By installing a 5-meter wide sliding door, the entire wall outside the dining and kitchen area opened up, creating a more spacious and connected environment.

Furthermore, the bathroom and laundry area underwent a redesign to separate the dry and wet sections, improving functionality and convenience. Similarly, the ensuite was reconfigured to optimize its layout and enhance its overall appeal
