Henderson Infill Development

The decision to place three units of 2-bedroom terrace houses at the front of the site with a narrow frontage was challenging but has successfully established a strong visual and physical connection between the development and the street. This design element enhances the liveliness of the street, promotes social interaction, and contributes to the overall safety and security of the area. Placing the units at the front  also allows for efficient land utilization, making the most of available space.
